About 4,300 guests have invitations for the main stage, while the UFC is distributing tens of thousands of tickets for a nearby watch party.

Inside the ball used at this year’s Men’s World Cup is some complex technology that gives match officials a way to call the game with unprecedented accuracy. According to Adidas, it captures data 500 times per second and even needs to be charged before every match. But for most of World Cup history, the ball was just a ball. Michael visits a leather sporting goods company in New Jersey that makes replicas of the ball used at the 1930 World Cup.
